Dean Jacobsen,
Broker-in-Charge, leveraged his accounting degree to get
into real estate at an early age. Dean has 30 years property
management experience in every type of property. He is a
member of the National Association of Residential Property
Managers, the National Association of Realtors, the Hilton
Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and was a CPM for
25 years.
He serves on the Property Management and the State
& Local Fiscal Affairs sub committees at the South Carolina
Association of Realtors. He is also an active real estate
investor, using his financial training to create attractive
investments. Originally from Minnesota, Dean moved to Hilton
Head Island in 1997.
Dean and his wife, Susan,
have lived in the Hilton Head area for the past 10 years.
