3.      Be able to fulfill all your needs during the home buying process.

4.      Guide you in your decision by pointing out pitfalls and opportunities.

5.      Negotiate on your behalf to get the best terms and conditions.

Making the offer:

1.      Follow your Realtor’s lead in setting your offered price and terms.

2.      Be flexible and be prepared to adjust to avoid disappointment.

3.      Sit back and let your Realtor® negotiate for you.

Closing the transaction:

1.      Your Realtor® should attend your closing with you.

2.      Be prepared as advised by your Lender and Realtor®.

3.      Congratulations…you own a new home.

After the sale:

1.      Your Realtor® should be a source of information to you as you settle in.

2.      Assemble and save all papers from the transaction in a safe place.
